Moments of Magic | MUELLER SCOTT's 2025 Event Recap

As we reflect on this past year, we are filled with gratitude for the communities we served, the causes we championed, and the people who made it all possible. Together, we helped bring people together in meaningful ways — creating moments of joy, connection, and lasting impact across Central Texas.

From the vibrant skies of ABC Kite Fest and the shared purpose of the Walk for Autism, to the emotional reunions at the Hand to Hold NICU Graduation Reunion, each gathering reminded us of the power of community. We were honored to support sustainability and local food systems at Farm to Plate, and celebrate imagination at Thinkery’s Imagine That! Gala, and uplift families through the Hand to Hold HOPE Gala.

This year also brought unforgettable moments of celebration and stewardship — from grooving under the Tito’s tent at Party for the Parks, to honoring military families with MCEC and H-E-B Operation Appreciation, to gathering leaders and changemakers at Austin Ed Fund’s Inspire the Future Luncheon. We also had the opportunity to support teams and culture through experiences like the FloSports Annual Offsite & Holiday Party, creating space for connection, creativity, and well-earned celebration.

Thanks to your support, these events collectively helped raise over $2 MILLION in support of education, healthcare, sustainability, parks, and community-driven missions. More importantly, they strengthened relationships, amplified nonprofit voices, and created spaces where people felt seen, supported, and inspired.

ABC Kite Fest

We transformed Zilker Park into a joyful, kite-filled wonderland, creating a festival atmosphere where families could gather, play, and celebrate Austin’s outdoor culture. From whimsical activations to seamless logistics, our role was to foster connection and community, one colorful kite at a time.

Walk for Autism

We supported a mission-driven walk that united families, advocates, and supporters. By designing an experience that balanced functionality and heart, we elevated the gathering with thoughtful signage, interactive touchpoints, and moments built for belonging.

Sustainable Food Center’s Farm to Plate

Austin’s top chefs, best beverage purveyors, local growers, and food lovers came together for a culinary celebration rooted in sustainability. We brought warmth and sophistication to the event, styling spaces, streamlining flow, and creating an atmosphere where seasonal menus and friendly hospitality felt effortless.

Military Child Education Coalition + H-E-B Operation Appreciation Event

We partnered with MCEC and H-E-B Operation Appreciation to produce a community-building event that honored service members and military families. Our approach focused on heartfelt programming, elevated details, and stress-free coordination, ensuring gratitude and celebration were felt by every guest.

Hand to Hold NICU Graduation Reunion

This reunion brought children, families, doctors, and nurses together for a celebration filled with emotion. We designed thoughtful activities like a live band, petting zoo,  and welcoming spaces that honored milestones while giving families the chance to reconnect with the caregivers who supported them most.

Thinkery's Imagine That! Gala

Creativity took center stage as we brought Thinkery’s mission to life through playful installations — such as slinky chandeliers and balloon backpack greeters— artful details, and unexpected moments of imagination. The result was a fundraising gala that felt elevated and delightfully childlike, sparking wonder at every turn.

Hand to Hold Hope Gala

We delivered an elegant and uplifting gala that honored the H2H mission of supporting preemie and NICU families. From impactful storytelling and emotional speakers to sophisticated design elements, every moment reinforced hope, community, and heartfelt connection.

Party For The Parks

We hosted the party of the year at Zilker! Austin came alive as guests gathered under the Tito's tent disco ball to support the Austin Parks Foundation. What an unforgettable night celebrating Austin’s incredible green spaces. With live music from Passion Pit and DJ Cass, along with immersive fundraising activities and dancing under the stars, this event was all about community, connection, and conservation. We combined elevated outdoor vibes with high-energy entertainment, curated culinary experiences from ATX locals, and bold branding to create an unforgettable night celebrating Austin’s green spaces.

Inspire the Future Luncheon

Leaders, changemakers, and passionate supporters gathered for a powerful afternoon focused on community impact. With a drumline performance and a peek into the Austin ISD theater program, we designed an experience that was warm, seamless, and purposeful, striking the perfect balance between inspiration and connection.

4ATX Foundation Night in Verde

Austin event professionals unite! We stepped in to support our close friend, Maryam, to help set up and call the show at A Night in Verde. On this wonderful night, 4ATX Foundation supporters celebrated the Austin FC community, culture, and soccer with unmatched energy. 

FloSports Annual Offsite & Holiday Party 

We produced a holiday celebration that was festive, creative, and full of energy — blending team connection with a well-deserved celebration. From custom gifts and branded moments to thoughtful programming and seamless production, the FloSports team gathered to reflect, recharge, and celebrate an incredible year together in true holiday style.
