Great corporate events should do more than bring people together; they should move a business forward.
From growth to social-impact storytelling, corporate events have distinct purposes, audiences, and business objectives. Here’s how an intentional event strategy turned each vision into measurable impact.
We’re breaking down three corporate events we previously planned and produced:

RESTORE WELLNESS FRANCHISEE CONFERENCE
The Restore Hyper Wellness Franchisee Conference brought together 300 franchise owners from across the United States for a 3-day experience focused on education, alignment, and strategic growth within the health and wellness industry. The primary audience included current franchisees, executive leadership, industry partners, and prospective franchise owners.
Restore Hyper Wellness aimed to:
Attract new franchisees
Strengthen relationships with partners
Align brand vision across locations
Showcase momentum and growth
The conference was structured to blend education, inspiration, and connection.
Outside partners were integrated into a high-traffic sponsor lounge and expo designed to encourage organic networking and meaningful connections. This space allowed sponsors to showcase new equipment and products while building direct relationships with franchise owners.

Throughout the conference, breakout sessions and keynote presentations focused on company wins, growth metrics, and the strategic roadmap for the year ahead, offering prospective franchisees a transparent look into the brand’s momentum and future direction. Executive leadership remained present and accessible throughout the experience, reinforcing trust, alignment, and a shared vision across the franchise network.

The Awards Dinner was the emotional and strategic high point of the conference. By celebrating top-performing franchisees, Restore Hyper Wellness didn’t just recognize achievement; they showed prospective franchisees what success within the system truly looks like. It transformed performance into inspiration.
Overall, the Franchisee Conference:
Strengthened alignment across the Restore Hyper Wellness franchise network
Reinforced confidence in the brand’s vision and long-term growth strategy
Deepened relationships between franchise owners, leadership, and partners
Positioned Restore Hyper Wellness for continued expansion and momentum

MOONTOWER BALL BY NOTLEY
The Moontower Ball is Notley’s celebration of social impact in Austin – a night to connect, celebrate, and recognize changemakers shaping the city’s future. The audience of 500+ people included philanthropists, nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and community advocates.
Notley’s objectives were to:
Celebrate the organization's social impact in Austin, Texas
Highlight its mission and long-term vision
Strengthen community relationships

The gala centered on real changemakers, bringing stories of impact to life through both programming and experience. Local leaders and organizations were elevated and recognized throughout the evening, while intentional seating and curated networking moments encouraged meaningful connections across the room.
To create an atmosphere that felt vibrant, inspiring, and worthy of celebration, the experience was layered with immersive moments such as disco ball dancers, a live saxophone player, live painting, and lots of celebrating. These elements transformed the gala and awards program into an experience that felt celebratory and memorable, while still keeping impact at the center.

Amanda Nguyen’s keynote session was a defining moment at the second annual gala. Her story embodied resilience and changemaking, reinforcing the very mission the event was designed to celebrate.
Overall, the Moontower Ball:
Elevated visibility for Notley’s mission
Strengthened ties across Austin’s impact community
Created meaningful introductions that extended beyond the event
Increased brand positioning as a leader in social innovation

SOCIAL SOLUTIONS (currently BONTERRA) IMPACT SUMMIT
Hosted at the Fairmont Austin, the Social Solutions Impact Summit brought together nonprofit leaders, partners, and purpose-driven organizations for a two-day conference designed to educate, connect, and empower those using technology to drive social good.
Social Solutions brought together its community to explore how integrated software solutions can strengthen fundraising, reporting, and long-term impact for nonprofit organizations. A featured keynote was delivered by Steve Ballmer, former CEO of Microsoft and co-founder of the Ballmer Group. His perspective on leadership, innovation, and accountability reinforced the critical role technology plays in supporting nonprofit organizations and the communities they serve.
To complement the educational programming, the summit also created space for connection and celebration. Halloween season provided the perfect spirited atmosphere for the awards reception and welcome party that balanced creativity with community – a stylish, Halloween-themed cocktail reception. Live music, custom cocktails, costumed performers, and immersive design elements provided an approachable environment for networking and relationship building.
