THE CLIENT VISION
FloSports, having recently acquired several companies, sought a comprehensive event production solution for their annual company offsite meeting. They needed a turn-key approach that would enable their administrative team to concentrate on managing their growing organization’s daily operations. The goal was to partner with a team that could infuse fresh, innovative ideas, simplify the planning process, and deliver an exceptional holiday party at a venue that highlights the vibrant spirit of Austin.
THE PLAN
To ensure a seamless and stress-free event for the FloSports team, our strategy was to integrate fully with their internal operations, functioning as an extension of their team. We maintained direct communication with key figures, including the Chief of Staff, Art Director, HR team, and various internal specialists, to deliver a truly turn-key event. This approach involved not only building strong relationships with decision-makers at every level but also immersing ourselves in the organization’s culture while effectively managing all project aspects.
EVENT HIGHLIGHTS
The offsite meeting proved to be an exceptional experience for both the internal planning team and all attendees. The program was executed seamlessly from beginning to end, thanks to meticulous stage management. Many employees remarked on the significant improvement compared to previous meetings.

The holiday party, held at the Moody Center, showcased the ideal Austin venue, offering stunning views of the Capitol building and the UT football and track stadiums. The event transformed the outdoor terrace into a luxurious winter wonderland, complete with dynamic action stations, a live band, karaoke for employees, and a cookie decorating station for children.
